ORDERS

Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your order and arrange shipping. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. All items are shipped using DHL standard shipping except for shipments to Hong Kong SAR, which use SF express.

 

Shipping to Japan is no longer available, please contact info@diptrics.com for information on how to buy in JAPAN

SHIPPING COSTS

A flat rate of $35.00 USD is charged for all international orders, except orders to Hong Kong SAR / Macau which are charged a $10.00 USD flat rate

We offer free delivery on all orders above 200.00 USD.


 

TAXES AND DUTIES

 

Delivery to countries outside of China may be subject to local import taxes or duties which are the responsibility of the customer. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release any goods held at customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can not inform you what the cost may be in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that delivery times below are provided as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays that may occur outside of our control, including delay of goods held in customs.

 

Hong Kong: 2 - 3 working days
Asia: 3 - 5 working days

Europe: 5 - 8  working days
USA: 5 - 7 - 8 working days

A tracking number will be sent to your provided email when your order is dispatched.

 


EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. Please notify us within 7 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange. Goods must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging attached. We cannot refund original shipping costs, taxes or import duties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email customercare@ffixxed.com to request and exchange. Once approved we will provide information and how to return the goods. Return items must use a trackable shipping service and tracking information must be provide to us. Please note that the cost of the return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.

We do not offer exchanges on sale items. 

 

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds on any goods deemed to be defective on receipt. All items are carefully checked and documented before dispatch so please provide clear details of any defect. You can contact customercare@ffixxed.com to provide such information within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will refund all shipping costs on defective goods. Refunds will be made back to the credit card used for the purchase. Funds may take 3-5 days to arrive depending on the financial institution of the card issuer. Please email customercare@ffixxed.com to request any further information on refunds.
